Our “risk free” engagement process involves 1 free no obligation meeting, some fact gathering and initial analysis, and feedback to you on what’s possible.

The initial meeting involves spending time discussing your goals and how you can be helped by understanding what we do. It’s primarily a getting to know each other session to see if you’re comfortable with me and also for me to determine whether I can help you.

a) Full property investment advice and/or

b) Portfolio review and optimization and/or

c) Property sourcing and selection with suburb research and comparison and/or

d) Ongoing mentoring and support.

Property Guide

Regarding locating a property and a suburb: We take all the work out of it for you when we assess the capital growth history, days on market, yield, vacancy rates, amenities, infrastructure, demographics, suitable and popular type of dwelling for the area to attract the right tenant. We help you avoid over supply areas, a perfect example of which is South Yarra or Docklands in Melbourne. Terrible places to invest for apartments.
