This is the whole problem with Property Marketing Companies, it is their back pocket and not the clients that takes priority. “The thing is, the people building, promoting and selling apartments are concerned only about finding buyers. You really need someone who represents the buyer, this is NOT, real-estate agents or property marketing companies, both these beasts represent the seller, at least real estate agents are honest about it. Contact a buyers agent or property advisor immediately before you make a 400k mistake.
