I highly recommend you avoid dealing with Property Marketing Companies directly as they do represent the seller and not the buyer. ASIC are clamping down on some of these people for providing advice when they are not entitled to.
Always seek the right advice from a suitably insured and qualified person. Check if these people have insurance to provide advice rather than insurance to sell property. VERY IMPORTANT.
