Property Observer
I read an article of
Terry Ryder
recently
It talked about
Badgery Creek Airport
, Sydney. Some very interesting points were mentioned such as other types of infrastructure attract more capital growth than an airport. This logic is far to often ignored by investors who often think any infrastructure is good. I enjoy the comedy Terry includes in the article regarding politicians who are possibly wrongly considered to be noble.
People do often buy in an area when it is already happening thinking they will strike it rich. It is often better to get into an area which has the potential of the ripple effect from the success of another suburb.
North West rail link
is a good consideration
